Selam.

Uzun, yorucu, gergin bir yolculuğun ardından Belgrad'a ulaştım. Havalimanında Natasa karşıladı, Ivan'a geçtik.

Ivan Kim? "Couchsurfing" de (gezginlerin kalacak yer, ev sahiplerinin gezgin bulduğu internet sitesi) tesadüfen buldum onu. 3-4 gün misafir edecekti beni. Belgrad'a gitmeme bir kaç gün kala aramızda şu diyalog geçti;

Ivan  -  Ne iş yapıyorsun?
Ben   -  Grafik tasarımcıyım.
Ivan  -  Ben de. 2 ay ne yapacaksın Belgrad'da?
Ben   -  Çalışacağım bir ajansta.
Ivan  -  Hangi ajans?
Ben   -  Leo Burnett.
Ivan  -  :) sana nereden yazdığımı biliyor musun?
Ben   -  :) Leo Burnett?
Ivan  -  Evet. Hangi ekiptesin?
Ben   -  Bilmiyorum!
Ivan  -  Bekle, öğrenip geliyorum.

3-4 gün Ivan'da kaldım, neredeyse 24 saat birlikteydik. 1 ay birlikte çalıştık. İyilik yapmayı hobi edinmiş bir adam. Her şey için teşekkürler Ivan.

Sonra Nataşa çok iyi bir konumda ucuz bir ev buldu benim için. Aylar sonra yalnız kalabileceğim bir evim olmuştu. Buna çok ihtiyacım varmış. Çılgınlar gibi yalnız yaşıyordum. Bazen misafirlerim oluyordu. İlk olarak Moldova'dan Corina geldi. Çok keyifli 3 gün geçirdik. Belarus'ta misafir olmuştum, şimdi misafir etme sırası bendeydi. Almanya'dan, Çek Cumhuriyetinden, Yeni Zellanda'dan, Rusya'dan misafirlerim oldu. Çok mutlu, eğlenceli anılar paylaştık.

Nataşa Kim? İnsan kaynakları müdürü, başımın belası. Onun yüzünden telefon kullandım. Ben bir anneyim, sürekli seni merak edemem, al şu telefonu dedi, aldım, kullandım ve bir daha
kullanmamaya karar verdim. Nataşa bu yaşıma kadar tanıdığım en iyi insanlardan biri. Benim için bir sürü şey yaptı. Annemi aratmadı, tamam anne tüpü açık unutmam kıvamına geldik. Her şey için sonsuz teşkkürler kocaman kalpli komik kadın. Seninle Türk kahvesi içmeyi özledim.

2 ay kadldığım Belgrad'da sırasıyla; 1 ay Leo Burnett, 20 gün Saatchi&Saatchi, 10 gün Publicis için çalıştım. Bu 3 ajans bir gruba ait. Ofisler farklı semtlerdeydi ama son 10 gün bir araya geldik, tek binaya taşındılar. Farklı bir deneyimdi. Herkesin bana sorduğu bir soru vardı, hangi ajans daha iyi? Tabi ki Saatchi&Saatchi :)

Bu işe kalkışırken; bir ülkede, 2 ay içinde, 3 farklı network ajansta çalışacaksın deseler inanmazdım. Benim için büyük tecrübe oldu. Bana inanıp bu fırsata erişmemi sağlayan, ellerinden geleni her şeyi yapan; Nataşa ve Andjelko'ya (CEO) kalpten teşekkürler.

Ayrıca bu keyifli 2 ayı paylaştığım tüm Leo Burnett, Saatchi&Saatchi, Publicis çalışanlarına her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. İsimlerinizi yazmak isterdim ama çok kalabalıksınız (200 den fazla). Sizinle çalışmak, sizi tanımak çok keyifliydi. Sizi ilk ajansım "Tabasco" kadar seviyorum.

Gelelim Sırbistan'a. En rahat ettiğim ülkeydi. Kendimi hep Türkiye'de gibi hissettim. Kültürlerimiz, mutfağımız vs çok aynı. Bu beni bazen rahatsız etti çünkü amacım başka kültürler tanımaktı. Çoğu zaman Türk'lerle İngilizce konuşuyormuş gibi hissettim. Osmanlı 500 yıl hükmetmiş ama dinlerine dokunmamış. Şanslılar...

Sırbistan müzik cenneti gibi. Her hafta bir festival var, sokaklar müzisyen dolu. Büyük umutlarla Exit festivaline gittim, hayal kırıklığıydı. Organizasyon atmosfer vs iyiydi ama festival havasını alamadım, gelir kapısına dönüşmüş. Zaten şehrin göbeğinde ve içerisi polis dolu.

Sırbistan gezdiğim ülkeler içinde en mutlusuydu. Hükümet protestosu vardı ama nehir kenarına yapılan yeni binalar için! Özetle Sırbistan'da müslüman olmayan, boy ortalaması yüksek bir Türkiye gördüm, sevdim.

Bunları kardeşimin düğünü için geldiğim Türkiye'den yazdım. 1-2 gün içinde Bosna ve Arnavutluk'ta iş arayacağım.

After a long, tiring, nervous trip I arrived to Belgrade. Natasa greeted me at the airport, we went to Ivan.

Who is Ivan? I met with him randomly via Coucsurfing. He responced my accommodation request. He said that I can stay with him 3-4 days. After that we chatted with him in this way;

Ivan  -  What are you doing for living?
I       -  I am graphic designer.
Ivan  -  I am graphic designer too. What will you do in Belgrade during 2 months?
I       -  I will work in a advertising agency.
Ivan  -  Realy, which one?
I       -  Leo Burnett.
Ivan  -  :) Do you know where am I right now?
I       -  :) Leo Burnett?
Ivan  -  Yes. Which team?
I       -  I do not know!
Ivan  - Wait, let me learn.

I stayed with Ivan during 3-4 days. We were together almost 24 hours. We worked together a month. Thanks for everything good man!

I stayed at hostel for weekend because he had another guests for weekend from abroad. After that Natasa found a flat with perfect location. I moved quickly. After months I had a private home, I was alone. I needed it too! I lived alone like crazies. I had guests. Firstly my friend Corina came from Moldova. It was funny 3 days. I was guest in Belarus, so it was the time to be host in Belgrade. I had a own flat in the center and I had to share it with travelers. I had guests from; Germany, Czech Republic, New Zeland, Russia. I spend perfect times with my guests. We had huge fun. We shared fantastic moments. You can open your home to  travelers or you can be guests, you can listen fantastic stories and you can meet with perfect people. You can see some of them below with photos. Who is Nataşa? She is HR Manager and the scourge of my head. I used mobile phone because of her. She said, she is mum and she can not worry about me everytime, take it! I took, used and I decided, I never use it again! She is the one of best people in my whole life. She made a lot of thing for me. Like mum! Our relation was like that, okay mum okay I closed cooker, yes I am okay. Thanks for all giant-hearted,and comic woman. I miss to drink Turkish coffee with you. I hope so we can drink again but second cigarette from you...

I stayed in Belgrade 2 months and I worked for 3 agencies. 1 month Leo Burnett, 20 days Saatchi&Saatchi, 10 days Publicis. They are group agencies namely owner is same , they were in different disctricts but my last 10 days we were in same building. They moved in a building. It was different experience. Everybody asked me, which one is better? Of course Saatchi&Saatchi :)

In the beggining of my project I could not imagine that, working 3 differents network agencies in a country, within two months. It was big experience for me. Dear Natasa and Andjelko (CEO) thank you from the heart for this opportunity.

Additionally thank you very much all employees of Leo Burnett, Saatchi&Saatchi, Publicis. I wanted to wrote your names but you are too crowded (more than 200). To meet and work with you was pleasure for me. I love all like my first agency "Tabasco"

Serbia was the most comfortable country ı have visited. I felt like in Turkey. Our culture, kitchen etc very similar. I did not like it because My purpose is to see different cultures. Most of time I felt like speaking English with Turkish people. Fortunately we have different religion. Ottoman did not touch their religion. Lucky they...

Serbia like a music heaven. You can find music festival whenever you want. There are a lot street musicians on the streets. I went to Exit fest but I did not like. Organizations atmosphere etc. was fine but did not get the festival mood. I felt that it is organised for money and there were 100000000000 police inside the festival. I liked Mikser Festival more. I wanted to go to Guca but I had to be in Turkey in that time.

Serbia is the happiest country I have visited. They protest to the government for new buildings by the river. Summarize I saw a non-Muslim and high average height Turkey, in Serbia.

I wrote this post from Turkey. I came for my sister's wedding. I will start to job hunting in two days. Next will be Bosnia or Albania.
